- What are Cosway Rate Plans?
The Cosway Rate Plan (CRP) Package is a package that is specially designed and only
available to Cosway members.
- What makes the CRP Program attractive to prospective Cosway Business Owners?

- Free domestic calls, domestic video calls, domestic SMS and
domestic MMS within the U Mobile Network (018 to 018)
- Free 3G phone when sign up CRP 2 or CRP 3.

- Aside from the commitment fees, are there any other charges?
Yes, 5% government tax. And also for Value Added Services not included in the CRP
Package
- What is the minimum commitment period for the CRP package?
- Package 1 = 18 months
- Package 2 = 24 months
- Package 3 = 36 months

- Will there be any special promotion to support the launch of this package?
- Yes, U Mobile will run road shows at different Cosway stockists & redemption centres.
- U Mobile will also have poster and product leaflets for the business owners to use

- After subscribe, where shall I go to get the 3G handphone?
After submitting the registration form, BO's can get the 3G mobile phone directly from selected handset outlets
- Who will pay for the incentive? How long will it take? What is the payment arrangement?
Payment for the incentive will be paid together with the monthly bonus. Timing of the
bonus payout is as per below:

- How do we pay for U mobile bills for CRP 1 or Switchover Plan ?
Payment for bills can be made online, through online banking, Direct debit ( standing
order to debit credit card account ) and U Mobile Centers at Pyramid and Times Square.
The location for bill payment is expanding.
- How about east Malaysia BO, when they can subscribe U mobile & how long & where
to get handphone and how's the incentive payment arrangement & how long to get?
If all goes well, it will be next year with the same arrangements
- Is it only credit card holder can subcribe for U Mobile Package 2 & 3, how about those
payment card holder wish to subscribe?
Payment card CANNOT be used as a mode of payment
- What should I do if I want to upgrade / trade-in the phone?
The upgrade / trade-in is done upon you redeem the phone at the handset outlet
- Can I use payment or prepaid card to pay for CRPs 2 & 3?
No, payment or prepaid cards CANNOT be used for CRPs 2 and 3. Only credit cards are accepted for these 2 plans.
(B) Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
- How do I switch to U Mobile ¡V Cosway Switchover Plan?
All you have to do is walk in to any Cosway Stockist outlet and submit your request.

How much will it cost to switch to U Mobile?
It's FREE. You do not have to pay any fees to switch to Cosway Switchover Plan.
- How long will it take for me to switch to U Mobile?
Your switch to U Mobile can be completed in as fast as 24 hours, depending on how
soon your current service provider accepts your request. Don't worry as your mobile
service will never be interrupted during this process.
- Do I have to replace my SIM card?
Yes. You will have to replace your current SIM card with a new U Mobile SIM card
after the switching process is completed.
- Will I be able to make calls after submitting my request to switch to U Mobile?
Yes. Your line should continue to work throughout the switching process. You will be
advised to replace your SIM card once the process is completed.
- Do I need to cancel my account with my current service provider?
No. Your line will be automatically terminated by your current service provider after it
has been successfully transferred to U Mobile. Please ensure that your line remains
active before submitting your request to switch to U Mobile.
- What if I have supplementary lines under my account?
All supplementary lines must be switched over together with your principal account.
Your request to switch may be rejected if you do not indicate the full list of
supplementary lines.
- Can my switch to U Mobile be rejected?
- Yes, it may be rejected by your current service provider if:
- You have overdue bills
- You are tied to a contract with your current service provider
- Your identification details are incorrect / incomplete
- Your current line is no longer active
- You did not indicate the full list of supplementary lines

- Will there be any penalty fee if I decide to transfer out from U Mobile?
No. There will not be any penalty fee if you decide to transfer out from U Mobile unless
one is stated on the U Mobile contract / promotion that you sign up for.
- I am switching to U Mobile from a Prepaid service. Will I lose all my credit from my
current Prepaid account?
Your remaining credit will not be transferred to U Mobile. We advise that you utilize
your credit before switching to U Mobile.
- Can I get someone else to submit my request to switch to U Mobile?
No. Only you can apply to switch to U Mobile.
