TM Net will take 7 to 14 working days to
get back to you on the status of your application. You may
also call TM Net Customer Interaction at 1-300-88-9515 (8
am - 12 am, Monday - Sunday) or click
here to check your application status .
Once your application is successful, a TM Net representative
will contact you. If you applied for:

Package that comes with modem - TM Net will liaise
with you on an agreed time and date for installation
at your premises. Your line will be activated once installation
is successful.

Package without modem - you are responsible for ensuring
that your current modem is in good condition. A TM Net
representative will call you to provide you with your
login ID and password. You will need to use the given
info to log into your tmnet streamyx account and your
line will be activated immediately. If you do not log
in to activate your account after you have been provided
with the login ID and password, your account will be
auto-activated after 7 days.
