1. Call PGI on the toll-free number 1-800-88-1111, stating that you are an eCosway Business Owner and provide your Business Owner ID.

2. Depending on the following information given, PGI will quote you a premium on the spot:

1. Sum Insured

2. Additional Coverages

3. NCD Entitlement

3. If you have agreed to the quote, you can choose to pay either by E-ZI Payment or Full Payment. You will need to provide your credit card details. If you choose E-ZI Payment, you need to state the preferred installment plan.

4. Depending on the following, you will need to provide the relevant details to PGI:

   If you have a fax machine	If you don't have a fax machine
   Fax the following documents: Identity Card (front and back) Completed Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) Form / Payment Authorization Form Vehicle Registration Card (front and back) Previous Insurance Policy / Renewal Notice	Provide over the phone: Credit Card Number Credit Card Expiry Date

   
   
   

5. Arrange the date, time and venue for the delivery of the Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) Form / Payment Authorization Form and policy.

6. If you require Road Tax renewal service, please inform PGI whether you have the Vehicle Registration Card or whether it is with a finance company, and arrange to send the card to PGI.
   
   Important Note: Road Tax Renewal Service can only be rendered if PGI is given the request at least seven (7) days before the road tax expiry date, otherwise you will need to renew the road tax on your own.

7. You will then be sent the following: Insurance Policy, Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) form, Authorization Letter for retrieval of Vehicle Registration Card (if you requested for road tax renewal service and if your card is with a finance company), and Acknowledgement Letter.

8. Sign and return the DDA form, Authorization Letter and Acknowledgement Letter to the dispatcher.

9. Congratulations! You have purchased a PGI policy.
