Renew PanGlobal Policy via the Internet

1. If you are a Business Owener, visit your www.ecosway.com/home/yourBusinessOwnerID site, and go to the Exclusively Malaysia shopping mall. Locate the PGI referral product, and click the hyperlink to the PanGlobal Insurance (PGI) website.

2. If you are an existing PGI online member, you can log in using your User ID and password. If you are not, you will need to register as a New User.

3. Once you are logged in, click on the 'View My Policy' tab. All your PGI policies will be displayed. Select the policy to view.

4. Select the Policy Renewal tab.

5. On the screen that appears, please provide the following information:

   • Particulars of vehicle

   • Make and model

   • Registration number

   • Cubic capacity

   • Estimated value

   • Year of manufacture

   • Engine number

   • Log book number

   • Chassis number

   • Hire purchase company (where applicable)

   • Particulars of Named Driver(s)

   • Others (including period of insurance required, NCD entitlement, region of coverage, previous insurance, etc.)

6. Then, click on the ‘CALCULATE’ button for the quotation.

7. Enter the named driver's particulars if they have changed

8. Fill in the questionnaire. Under “Promotions” in the questionnaire, pick “eCosway.com Sdn Bhd” from the pull down menu, type in your Business Owner ID. (If you got to the PGI site via www.ecosway.com/home/yourBusinessOwnerID, the ID will be stated at the “membership number” column by default. Check if it is correct. If it is wrong, please type in your correct ID.)

9. You can choose either the E-ZI Payment scheme or make the Full Payment. You will need to provide your credit card details.

10. Upon confirmation of the transaction, please print the browser screen for your records, and keep the Reference Number provided.

11. PGI will contact you within 24 hours. You can call PGI’s Toll Free number: 1-800-88-1111 for further details.

12. If you require Road Tax renewal service, please inform PGI whether you have the Vehicle Registration Card or whether it is with a finance company, and arrange to send the card to PGI.
    
    Important Note: Road Tax Renewal Service can only be rendered if PGI is given the request at least seven (7) days before the road tax expiry date. Otherwise, you will need to renew the road tax on your own.

13. You will then be sent the following: Insurance Policy, Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) form, Authorization Letter for retrieval of Vehicle Registration Card (if you requested for road tax renewal service and if your card is with a finance company), and Acknowledgement Letter.

14. Sign and return the DDA form, Authorization Letter and Acknowledgement Letter to the dispatcher.

15. Congratulations! You have renewed your PGI policy.
