Refinance or apply for a new home loan for yourself, or refer friends or family members to Alliance Bank and enjoy eVolume (eV).

Just fill out the Housing Loan Referral Tracking Form available at all Cosway Sales Centres or Alliance Bank branches. Click here to download the form. State your own (referrer) correct Name and eCosway Business Owner ID and give the applicant's full details. Fax the completed form to Alliance Bank at 03-2712 8285 or at 03 - 7957 4025, Alliance Bank will inform applicant of loan status within 5 working days. Referrer is awarded sales volume once loan is confirmed and approved by Alliance Bank.

For example, if approved loan amount is RM 350, 000, you will get 166.7 eV.

Special New Home Loan Packages include SaveLink Flexi , Conventional Home Loan and Islamic I-Wish Home Loan packages cater for Completed Properties, Properties Under Construction and Refinancing.

SaveLink Flexi Home Loan Packages gives you total flexibility in your loan repayments, effectively trimnming years off your loan and interest payment.

Terms & Conditions:
* Minimum housing loan amount eligible for the Referral program: RM 100, 000
* Maximum sales volume that can be rewarded: 180.1 eV (for loans of RM 400, 000 and above)
